Yes, all authorized Rawrr dealers are expected to work on all Rawrr units, regardless of where the customer originally purchased the bike. Warranty labor reimbursement is available for authorized Rawrr dealers.
No. Rawrr understands that you must cater to your customers' needs. You are only required to carry any combination of 3 products, after your initial order, your minimum order quantity is 2 units at a time.
You can carry other brands in your shop, as long as your showroom has the capacity for our representation requirements.
You are required to have a physical, commercial space with showroom capacity to display our products. Additionally, your shop must be able to service any Rawrr model on location. You may also sell online, however, we do not offer drop shipping under any curcumstance.
Our minimum order quantity for dealers is 2 units, however for your initial order, you will be required to order 5 units with the order containing at least 3 products.
To avoid overlap between Authorized Dealers, we maintain protected territories for each dealership. If your location is within the protected radius of an existing dealer, your application may not be approved. Our team will contact you if this affects your submission.
