Darf ich mein Rawrr E-Dirtbike auf öffentlichen Straßen fahren?

Rawrr Mantis bietet zwei Modelle, die eine EU-Straßenzulassung besitzen: den Mantis X (EEC Version) und den Mantis S. Diese Modelle dürfen legal auf Straßen gefahren werden, sofern man über die entsprechende Lizenz verfügt. Andere Modelle sind derzeit ausschließlich für den Offroad-Einsatz vorgesehen.

Kommen Rawrr E-Dirtbikes mit einer Garantie?

Rawrr Inc. bietet die folgenden Garantiezeiten an:

  • 30 Tage Garantie auf Verarbeitungsfehler und Betriebsprobleme des Geräts.
  • 30 Tage Garantie auf alle Teile und OEM-Zubehör.
  • 365 Tage Garantie auf das Antriebssystem des Bikes (Motor, Controller und Akku).

Die Garantiefristen beginnen mit dem Lieferdatum des Geräts oder Produkts.

Wie pflege und warte ich mein Rawrr E-Dirtbike?

Kann ich mein Rawrr E-Dirtbike bei jedem Wetter fahren?

Die Rawrr Mantis All-Terrain Bikes verfügen über eine IP55-Wasserdichtigkeit. Das bedeutet, sie bieten einen begrenzten Schutz gegen Staub und können niedrigen Wasserstrahlen aus jeder Richtung standhalten. Somit ist es sicher, mit ihnen durch Pfützen und mäßige Geländewasserdurchfahrten zu fahren.

Wir raten jedoch davon ab, bei starkem Regen zu fahren oder das Fahrrad vollständig in Wasser einzutauchen, da dies die elektrischen Komponenten beschädigen könnte. Vermeiden Sie außerdem die Verwendung von Hochdruckreinigern, da diese Wasser in empfindliche Bereiche pressen können. Wenn Sie doch einen Hochdruckreiniger verwenden, empfehlen wir dringend, vorher die Batterie zu entnehmen, um mögliche Schäden zu vermeiden.

Warranty Policy

Rawrr Inc. provides the following transferrable* warranty coverage:
  • 30-day or 100-mile* warranty on workmanship defects and operational issues for the unit.
  • 30-day or 100-mile* warranty on all parts and OEM accessories.
  • 365-day or 1000-mile* warranty for the bike power system (motor, controller, and battery).

Warranty Exclusions

Rawrr Inc. excludes normal wear components such as brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.

Any misuse or modification will void this Limited Warranty.

When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the following to allow us to best assist you:
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Odometer Reading.
  • A photo or video demonstrating the issue.

Refund Policy

Order cancellations are allowed only before the item is shipped OR if we are unable to fulfill your order. An item is considered shipped if there is a tracking number, even if the tracking number has not yet been updated by the carrier. If the shipment is refused upon delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

We understand that sometimes a part or accessory may not be what you expected, or not actually be what is needed. Should this occur, the following policies apply.

  • Once you have received a shipping notification, your order cannot be canceled, and you must request a return and a return authorization form.
  • You may request a return within 30-days of the original order date. The item must be in the original packaging, unused, uninstalled, unaltered, undamaged, and in new, re-sellable condition. This is the only way a product return will be accepted and processed.
  • Once you have contacted our customer service or return warranty department, if returnable, they will issue you a return authorization number so that we can track your return and associate it with your account.
  • When shipping your product or parts back to Rawrr Inc, you must include a copy of this return authorization form (R/A) in the shipping box or bag.
  • Once the product has been returned to us, inspected by our team, and is accepted as complete (including the original product box, with the unit in its original packing materials), then we will refund your purchase price, less original shipping and handling fees. We do not refund any shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for any canceled or returned orders, except for wrong items or faulty products.

Shipping Policy

At Rawrr, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. Our shipping methods vary depending on the type of product you purchase:

Vehicles & Batteries (LTL Freight Shipping)
  • We do not ship vehicles to Texas or Oklahoma.
  • Partially Assembled Units: Rawrr vehicles are pre-assembled and shipped as partially assembled units. For this reason, all vehicles and batteries are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight.
  • Delivery Appointments: Some deliveries require an appointment. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and phone number so the carrier can contact you to schedule delivery.
  • Special Services: Liftgate service and other special delivery accommodations are available at your expense. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you require these services.
  • Delivery Limitations: In some cases, LTL carriers may not be able to deliver directly to your address. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location.
  • Dispatch & Tracking: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Shipping Damage: Any visible damage must be noted with the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
    • All shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
    • Rawrr Inc. is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit and cannot file claims on your behalf.
Parts, Accessories & Apparel (Standard Carriers)
  • These items are shipped through standard parcel carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
  • Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Expedited Shipping: If you select expedited shipping at checkout, please note that this applies to carrier transit time only. Order processing and handling times remain the same, and expedited service begins once your order is picked up by the carrier.
