Rawrr Inc. Limited Warranty Policy

Rawrr Inc. offers a Limited Warranty on our products.

Rawrr Inc. provides the following warranty coverage:

• 30-day or 100-mile* warranty on workmanship defects and operational issues for the unit.
• 30-day or 100-mile* warranty on all parts and OEM accessories.
• 365-day or 1000-mile* warranty for the bike power system (motor, controller, and battery).

*Whichever comes first. Warranty coverage begins on the date of product delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

Rawrr Inc. excludes normal wear components such as brake components, seals, bearings, chains, suspension components, tires, rims, grips, and handlebars.

The warranty also excludes any failures caused by:

• Misuse, neglect, accidents, or collisions.
• Altering factory wiring or installing non-genuine Rawrr parts.
• Racing or competition use.
• Improper charging, discharging, or storage of the unit.

Any misuse or modification will void this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Transfer Policy (Updated 11/11/2025)

Rawrr Inc. now allows warranty transfers when a bike is sold to a private buyer under the following conditions:

• Original Owner Must Have the MSO (Title)
• The original owner must possess the MSO (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin) in order to transfer the remaining warranty to the new owner.
• Without the MSO, the warranty cannot be transferred.

Obtaining or Replacing an MSO

• If the original owner never received an MSO, Rawrr Inc. can issue one upon receiving proof of purchase from our website
• If the bike was purchased through an authorized dealer, proof of purchase from that dealer is required.
• If the MSO has been lost, the original owner must submit a ticket through our Support page to request a replacement.

Warranty Continuation

• The warranty does not reset or restart when sold to a private buyer.
• The remaining warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

Limited warranties remain valid only when accompanied by the original proof of purchase from Rawrr Inc. or an authorized Rawrr Inc. dealer.
