Rawrr Inc. offers a limited warranty on its products.
Rawrr Inc. provides the following warranty coverage:
30 days or 100 miles, whichever occurs first: defects in materials or workmanship affecting the bike or its operation.
30 days or 100 miles, whichever occurs first: defects in materials or workmanship affecting Rawrr parts and OEM accessories, except components covered by the Power System Warranty below.
365 days or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first: defects in materials or workmanship affecting the motor, controller, battery or charger.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of product delivery, or the original purchase date if purchased from a Rawrr Authorized Dealer.
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures caused by or resulting from:
The presence or occurrence of any condition or circumstance described above does not, by itself, void this limited warranty. However, warranty coverage may be denied to the extent that an excluded condition, use, modification, repair, part, accessory, or other circumstance caused or contributed to the claimed damage, defect, or failure.
Rawrr may inspect the product and request reasonable supporting information as necessary to evaluate warranty eligibility.
Wear and consumable parts are covered only for defects in materials or workmanship reported within 30 days or 100 miles from the warranty start date, whichever occurs first.

Rawrr Inc. allows warranty transfers when a bike is sold to a private buyer under the following conditions:
The original owner must possess the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) in order to transfer the remaining warranty to the new owner.
Without the MSO, the warranty cannot be transferred.
If the original owner never received an MSO, Rawrr Inc. can issue one upon receiving proof of purchase from Rawrr Inc.
If the bike was purchased through a Rawrr Authorized Dealer, proof of purchase from that dealer is required.
If the MSO has been lost, the original owner must submit a ticket through the Rawrr Support Center to request a replacement.
The warranty does not reset or restart when the bike is sold to a private buyer.
The remaining warranty coverage continues from the original delivery date, or the original purchase date if purchased from a Rawrr Authorized Dealer.
Limited warranty coverage remains valid only when accompanied by proof of the original purchase from Rawrr Inc. or a Rawrr Authorized Dealer.

To submit a warranty claim, submit a support ticket through the Rawrr Support Center under the Contact Us section or visit a Rawrr Authorized Dealer.
When submitting a support ticket, select Warranty as the type of request and complete the form with all requested information.
When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the following information to allow Rawrr to evaluate and process the claim:
Rawrr may request additional information reasonably necessary to diagnose the issue or determine warranty eligibility.
Incomplete documentation may delay evaluation of a warranty claim. Failure to provide information reasonably necessary to evaluate or substantiate a claim may result in denial of that claim.
Rawrr will evaluate each warranty claim to determine whether the reported defect or failure is covered under the applicable warranty period and is not excluded under this limited warranty. Rawrr may diagnose the product directly or review and confirm a diagnosis performed by a Rawrr Authorized Dealer.
For an approved warranty claim, Rawrr will provide the parts and shipping necessary to repair the covered defect or failure.
For covered warranty repairs performed by a Rawrr Authorized Dealer, Rawrr will also cover labor up to Rawrr's standard warranty labor rate.
Warranty coverage does not require maintenance, service, or repairs unrelated to the warranty claim to be performed by a Rawrr Authorized Dealer.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. The rights provided under this limited warranty are in addition to any rights provided by applicable law.
